Plitsoft / Hotelmaster
An integrated system for connected hospitality operations
Connects reservations, room management, self check-in, and remote response in one operating flow.

The service in context
Hotelmaster connects reservations, rooms, housekeeping, self check-in, and remote response in one hospitality operating flow. PMS, KIOSK, and MONITOR keep front desk, on-site, and late-night work anchored in the same reservation and room information, so a room’s sales, preparation, arrival, and follow-up can be reviewed as one sequence.
How people use it
Review reservations and rooms
Use PMS to review the sales calendar, room timeline, cleaning status, and connected sales-channel status together. When a reservation is confirmed, the product flow reflects its sales status to connected OTA channels and keeps the room schedule visible by time.
Let guests handle routine steps
At the kiosk, guests can look up reservations, check in, choose rooms, pay, extend stays, and check out. On-site guests can also add people, check assigned room information, and settle unpaid or overtime charges without repeating the full front-desk process.
Continue remotely
Review calls, device conditions, and reservation information, then continue guidance through translated conversation. The remote view records events such as customer calls, device issues, and security situations alongside the action taken.

Capabilities and implementation scope
PMS operations view
Reservations, rooms, cleaning, and sales-channel information are handled in one operations view. Teams can share waiting, in-progress, and completed cleaning states, review occupancy and revenue by room type, export reports, and manage permissions by operating role.
Self check-in flow
Routine front-desk steps are structured for customers to complete at a kiosk. Reservation-number lookup, room selection, payment, check-out, additional guests, and time extension remain part of the same self-service sequence.
Remote MONITOR
Remote response is supported by chat translated from guest speech and administrator replies delivered in the guest’s language. Operators can pair the guest screen with reservation information when responding to a call, equipment fault, or other on-site event.
